I'm sure this probably isn't new but I figured it without reading it anywhere so it's new to me [img]smile.gif[/img]

Basically I took a 6oz can of tuna, drained it lightly (turned to the side and let it drop without squeezing the lid into it), add 2tsp of mayo and 3 tablespoons of 2% cottage cheese

mix it all up and gobble down.. no bread needed.. add tomato or cucumber for taste but it's fine with just those 3.. my new favourite breakfast (until I get sick of it)

Heh nothing wrong with that either. However, as per Adam's suggestion I'm trying to cut my carbs down and since my workouts are never in the morning, I don't really need it just then [img]smile.gif[/img]

I am going to get this a try....I can tell you that I use diff. kinds of salad (low fat) dressing.
