Which formulas are most effective for obese people (I am 6 ft. 300 lbs)? The formulas that use body fat as a base seem to be too high, while those that use LBM seem to be too low.
Specifically I am interested in:
1) Calorie requirements
2) Protein requirements
3) Calorie expenditure
4) Post workout nutrient requirements.
