hey guys,

a question for all you experts out there, if it was unavoidable and you ended up having to eat takeaway what would people suggest?

any thoughts would be appriecited (can't spell)

sorry something else to add

at the moment when i find myself in that situation i'm just kinda eating whatever i feel like and counting it as my one cheat meal.

i figure others must be in the same sort of boat sometimes

Do you mean when you go out to eat at a take-ou restaurant? If you do you can never go wrong with a salad. Just watch the dressing and ask for it on the side. Try to get a vinegarette dressing. BTW, make sure you are getting some protein too...chicken, tuna, salmon.

well here in belgium you have sth from mcdonalds the chicken mccesar salad or sth

gotta admit that it looks good and the macronutritional breakdwon seems very ok!

so if this is all true then why not ?

Search out the whole meats and vegetables on the menu. If it's been through a mill, then try to avoid it.

This is actually hard to do, since most restaurants serve mostly fried starches.

Gosh, I don't know really, Subway?
At least you can choose your ingredients. I usually go with the roast beef or chicken salad and have them put double meat and just olive oil on top.
