Question

Is this done only while cutting or while bulking as well? Also, do you use it with every meal minus the PWO and post PWO meal? Additionally, has anyone been using this method for a period of time and seen positive results?

I have not tried it, but from what I have read you do it with any P+C meal.

Could you elaborate on how I should go about doing, Ive read about into lemon juice and even heard vinegar.... what exactly should I be doing?

So I'm still confused? And are you supposed to take the shot 20 minutes before the meal or when you eat? I thought I read somewhere about a buffer period?

Well, if you are following Maximum Muscluarity then you should follow all that they say. Otherwise you would not be able to tell if their program works.

If you are not following MM, and are just doing this on your own, then experiment and see what works for you.
