pre-workout: a shake with creatine in 5g + milk

post work out: a carb/protein meal (mostly pasta with chicken, or rice with turkey, or potatoes with fish)

before hitting the bed: cottage cheese with arti sweetener

You need to add some healthy fats to your diet. Ex. Nuts, Olive Oil, etc.

Who gave you the impression that you should avoid fruit? If you're getting down to the last few percent on a good cut then cutting out the fruit might be beneficial. I don't see any problem whatsoever eating a banana per day on a bulking diet. I eat a banana for breakfest even when I'm dropping fat.

It's very clean. That's for sure. How much do you weigh and your fat percentage? How many calories will you be eating with this diet and what is the macronutrient breakdown?

I agree with the others' comments about getting some healthy fats in your diet, and more fruit/veggies. Otherwise it looks like you're on the right track. Keep the protein up; make sure to get some carbs and protein around the workout period, and lots of whole veggies, fruits, protein sources, and healthy fats other times (fish oil, olive oil, flax).

Adam's Diet is a cutting diet . You want to bulk, so fruits would be fine and ideal.

Fruit (within moderation) never made anyone fat.
