I have started to watch what I eat. Here's a typical day for me.
Breakfast: 4 egg whits made into two sandwhichs
Lunch: If at school protein bars
If home a can of veggies and a chicken breast
Dinner: When getting home from work I eat a large pouch of tuna with lemon peper seasoning. I drink only diet pop, skim milk, or water throughout the day. What should I change?

I am 6'0 328lbs and have 17% bodyfat according to the caliper test, but I am unsure of the person who did it so I would say more around 22%. I am trying to lose weight. I just started eating this way so I haven't been cutting calories this badly for long maybe a week. I figure since I can't play football anymore I don't need to be this big anymore.

Wow, if you are 6ft and 328lbs @ 17%, you must have extreme amounts of muscle.

Thats way, way too little food z.

For starters try to get up to 6 meals per day.

Then add a whole heap of fruit and vegies in there.

Then cut out the protein bar and replace with a real meal.

Drop the bread from your breakfast, add some meat or something and make an omelette.

Check the adams diet post up above, its a good guide for the sorts of foods you should be eating, theres also threads on this board with other people giving their days eating, etc, check them out for examples.

I thought about it more and actually found the paper I wrote it on and she had me at 25.4%. But I have played football for about 10 years and am 19. I had used fitday.com in the past but ran out of custom food spots so I stoped using it. I guess I can start using it again.
