Hi,

I was wondering if I was missing out on any benefit from drinking juice versus eating whole fruit. I am of course talking about fruit juice that is 100% natural, ie in ornage juice the only ingredient is oranges.

Less fiber, more sugar, and the fruit juice won't add as much content to the stomach to fill you up.

The other thing is the fiber content of whole fruit won't spike blood sugar like the juice alone.
