hi all! After changing my eating habits dramatically as part of my new years resolotuion i managed to lose a stone, i cut out the fast foods and took off to the gym 3 times weekly, and what a difference it has made to my life! i am now very foucused and what i eat and cautious about eating too much fat, the trouble for me now is that i have seemed to reached a plateau. the weight is now sticking. i weigh approx 10stone 13 or 70kg. my ideal weight is 10 stone. i continue to work out at the gym, but it seems as though my metabolism has slowed right down.Any ideas for a boost? i've heard that a detox may kick start my digestive system?

What do you mean by a "detox"?

sorry, my english talk! a stones approx 12 pounds, detox is a sort of cleanig of the digestive system, rids the body of all the bad bits picked up by unhealthty foods, alchol, etc. i've heard this is often the cause of a slow metabolic rate.
