I also take other supplements does this matter?

In the morning I take Myoplex's MRP.

On workout days I drink 2 shakes both containing whey, maltrodextrin, and extra BCAAs.

If I include this one it will be 3 supplements. Isnt this a lot?

Taking that many supps isn't necessary...but it won't hurt anything except your wallet.

If you plan on drinking MM in shake form, then I wouldn't suggest buying it.

You already drink 2 shakes a day...Why make it 3?? Get some protein from a decent food source instead.

The only time I use MM in addition to my normal whey is when I use a scoop in my oatmeal or add it to other foods.

Blueberries N Creme + Oatmeal = Good Stuff!

I have Cookies n Cream... not too terribly impressed with it. Tastes like a weak version of "Grow"

The problem is I cant eat the meals. Thats why I drink the shakes to begin with. I would consume this at school. It needs to be quick.
