This morning I realized that I've been skimping on my flax, fish oil and walnuts over the past 10 days. Now, I've started to feel fatigued and slightly achy over the past few days. Would there be any connection?

What's the significance of the impact on T-levels?

How do I tell if I'm getting enough (other than the numbers, of course, which I track). I guess the better question is: How do I feel if I'm getting enough (or not)?

Sorry if this is a little vague.

(And yes, I just realized I was in the Off Topic forum after I posted! oops!)

Hi Rock,

I guess it's possible, although it's hard to say. O-3's are definitely anti-inflammatory, so your achiness could be a result of getting less. But I doubt it relates to t-levels, since polyunsaturates are actually negatively correlated with T (monos and saturates are better t-boosters).

Hopefully you're not getting sick!

Thanks man. I've been very conscious of fiber recently, which has (for some reason) lead to a much lower fat intake. I'm guessing the higher fiber means less of an appetite than before.

The anti-inflammatory effects are what I was wondering about the most. I have funky shoulders and lower back, so I'm always vulnerable to the aches. This is getting into my neck, though, which worries me. I, too, hope I'm not getting sick.
