I know the physiological theory behind No2 and it's claimed benefits. Many (alot) of individuals at my gym are using it and claim it works wonders. I was just wondering has anyone tried it and did it work? or is anyone currently on it?

Okay, it took me a minute... NO2, not number 2.

Because the benefits of the latter are obvious!

The benefits of NO2, are dubious.
