I've recently started to eat smoked salmon. It's good stuff, but I'm looking for some ideas on what to eat it with. A look around the internet only shows it with a lot of carb foods (bagels, crackers, etc.).

So far, I've been eating it in lettuce wraps and salads.

Any good ideas?

Try Salmon Benedict:

Whole wheat English muffin topped with smoked salmon, a slice of fat free cheese, and a poached egg. One of my favorites!

I put smoked salmon in 1 egg+ 5 egg whites and scramble the eggs. Add some fat free cheese and tomatoes.
