I have bulked for the last 3 months to 180 and I have slight love handles but also some definition in my abs. When should I start cutting and how exactly should i go about doing that? Or should I continue bulking even though it seems I have been at 180 for the last month without any change.

also, its hard for me to eat clean since I am at college.

Hawkson, the ideal situation would be to lift heavy and clean up the diet, eating at around maintenance. Don't worry too much about the details of bulking and cutting. If you want to reduce the love handles, add some activity during your week like swimming, lift with more intensity, and don't binge on Jack in the Box or alcohol.

Do you have access to a kitchen?

With a kitchen you can make quick, healthy meals, even in college.

About the bulking/cutting issue, it just seems that a lot of people get hung up on this when they would be better served by finding a great routine and just getting in the gym. Then it's just a matter of eating more if you want to get bigger, and eating less if you want to get smaller. Of course, what you eat is very important. But if you're not absolutely positive about whether you should be bulking or cutting, then you probably shouldn't be doing either.
