Hi Group!

I just started the Testosterone Advantage Plan, and I'm wondering if anyone has a source for more meal plans than the few that are listed in the book. I would find the program easier if I didn't have to start out each day by calculating each and every meal.

Thanks in advance!

Oooh, I just had the Penne with Italian Sausage and Spinach dinner from the Day 2 menu. It was really great.

I hope I can find more daily menus like the few that are in the book.

By the way if you are interested in getting with other Protien Advantage Plan dieters you can find a new chat group just for you at,
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/ group/testosterone-advantage/ on Yahoo!

By the way I know that it just is not possible, but I've already lost 2 pounds! But, it is a very nice start.

Thanks for the info!

Congrats! And, good choice with TAP. I did TAP about 8 months and loved it. I'm trying to bulk up now and trying Massive Eating to see how that goes.

Lost Dog,

Thanks for the reply. Did you ever find any meal plans to make this thing any easier?

I never looked. I just ate the healthy foods in the right ratios that TAP advised.

I never actually ate any of the things in the TAP book, unless you count a turkey sandwich. But, I had tried one before, so I can really attribute that to TAP.

I've been the cook in the family all along, so I just altered recipes so that they fit better.

You might check out a South Beach Diet cookbook and just not restrict the carbs as much. I've never really looked at those cookbooks, but from what I hear, SB is low carb with a focus on healthy proteins and fats but also lets you have some good carbs, right?

Thanks again Lost Dog

I am taking your advice. After I asked about menus, I came to my senses and remembered that your daily intake needs to be custom designed for your body weight and goals.

Just in case anyone is interested I have started a new group dedicated to TAP on Yahoo.

Here is the Internet address, http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...one-advantage/

Thanks again for the input,
