Was thinking about buying and trying out some soy milk, but I really dont know anything about it. Which is better for you - soy or non fat milk?

What are the benefits of one over another? What do you guys drink?

Everything in moderation right?! I don't drink milk. It makes me feel kind of yucky and I tend to break out if I start drinking it regularly. I drink soy milk fortified with calcium. Actually with it being fortified it's got the same amount of calcium as milk. I don't exactly trust everything the internet says. Soy has been around for ages and the milk industry is huge so who knows what is true.
Drink what makes you feel good and you think taste better and as long as you're not drinking litres upon litres of either, you should be fine.

Absolutely anything in moderation, couldn't agree more, but when it comes to a well known fact that 10% of American milk comes from GH treated cows and milk is so mixed you have no idea what you are drinking, and moreover when soy milk is faaaaar from a "natural food", I would stay away from it. Of course, moderation is the key, but when you have stripped your diet of most unorganic and processed foods your body can react way more harshly to a product that would be not-so-bad to the average supermarket diet guy. It's food for thought, if nothing else next time you go grocery shopping
