Multi-Vitamin (GNC)
Fish Oil Caplets (GNC)
EAS Myoplex MRP's
Creatine (Meta-Cel)

I worked GNC and EAS in college, so as of right now, the discounts are too good to pass up (48 pk. of Myoplex MRP's for $25!).

Soon enough, when all the people I know cycle through, I'll have to go elsewhere :-(

Go for it! Take about 3g per day. In you PWO drink on workout days.

There's really no downside to creatine.
