I'd avoid the Natty PB post-workout. Switch in a stack of veggies instead. You need carbs and protein post-workout, and fat just slows the response.
As an add on to that - have you read Berardi's massive eating articles? He's a pretty big advocate of seperating carbs and fats in your emals, eating only P/F and P/C combos. You're not doing that - is there any reason why?

Is that PB in your shake? I wouldn't do that. Fat slows the absorption of the protein in the shake.
Also, I don't see any veggies at all, no fruit to speak of, and a lot of whole grains and things like myoplex. None of the things you are eating is bad, that's the good news. You might do better, nutritionally with a greater variety of whole foods, fruits, and vegetables.
You might take some time and read the nutrition articles over at johnberardi.com. Massive Eating I & II, Massive Eating Reloaded I & II, Nutrient Timing I & II, Lean Eating I & II, etc.
Matt,
Is 2150 your BMR? If it is, then you have forgotten to factor in activity. You can use Berardi's Massive eating calculator if you want. The number you get there may sound like a lot and it probably is, so I would reduce it a little.

Why the gatorade during the workout? Start your PWO shake during your workout. Ideally finishing half by the time your done. And to ask again your caloric intake seems low. I would also suggest adding more vegetables in. I try to put spinach on everything.
