I posted on the training forums about this question but i put up way too much stuff so i guess i didnt get many answers cuz of hte long read. Anyway, this time ill just get straight to my question-
Will any sort of losing fat by means of dieting stunt growth??
The reasons i have for asking this is because if you think about it, it would make sense that any sort of dieting would stunt growth. Correct me if im wrong- to lose fat your calories must be negative at the end of the day. So if your calories are negative wouldnt that mean that your not getting enough nutrients into your body??
But, then, if you think about it the other way- maybe you have a negative amount of calories but you still got all your necessary nutrients in like calcium, vitamins, protein, etc. I'm no expert at this nor do i have a lot of knowledge in these sorts of things, but those are just my guesses, anyone have anything?
