As usual, the morning was a blur and by the time I was almost ready to get to work, there was no time to make a real breakfast.

First thing I did was heat up some turkey sausage my wife cooked earlier this week -- some good protein and will fill the belly a little.

To top it off, I made a shake with half a packet of DymaLean chocolate MRP (a new low-carb MRP). I wanted to make it extra-tasty, though, so I added.... wait for it... Reddi Whip!! Yep, Reddi Whip has less than 1 gram of carb per serving, and it only took a small spray of Reddi Whip to make that shake into a delicious, old-fashioned chocolate milkshake!

This was a recently discovered treat for me, since in the past I always made my shakes with milk, and am now making them with water to follow Adam's diet. The Reddi Whip, though, is a low-carb jolt of fantasticamundo tastiness that makes the water/cream combo tastier than the milk ever was.

Maybe if I'm lucky, I'll be running late again tomorrow morning...
