I frequent this site to look up macronutrient breakdowns of food. Was pleasantly surprised today to see that they have added a ton of information & calculators. Check it out!

That is cool. Check out the "Caloric Ratio Explorer". You can search by macros for foods which match.

Yeah! Try the calories burned link. At the bottom it calculates your total daily calorie requirements and then at the bottom gives you macro minimums including fiber and types of fat and vitamins too. Also recommends % of each macronutrient.
