Question

I've read the post about Adam's Diets and I want to thank every their insights. It looks fairly easy to follow and I plan on starting this weekend after I go to the grocery store.

I know it says you can have one servings of carbs (not inlcuding Pre/Post WO). My question is, is the timing of that important. Can I have the carbs for dinner? This would make it much easier for me since my wife makes dinner. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, dinner time is fine and shouldn't interfere with your results.
