I remember reading a Berardi article (2 actually) outlining what he has in his fridge and in his pantry as a guide to the sorts of things we should be having around. Wondered if you'd like to do the same Johnka?

Let's see, Jack Daniels, pork rinds, velveeta

I think JB's fridge is about all of our goals, if for nothing else than it's a stainless steel fridge. But maybe it would be interesting to see the minor differences I do have. Good idea Bjs

Its been a while since I read the one on JBs kitchen and I may not have even read the one on the fridge, but I seem to recall the one on his pantry was largely supplements and a couple of staples. Reading through your recipies I see a wide variety of normal(ish) ingredients and stuff. Just thought it would be fascinating to see an example from a guy who does such a good job of recreating all the needs of a lifter using proper foods.
