I see that sylvester stallone has a new range of products out, including Forza-T.

The 3 main ingredients are 6-oxo, tribulus terrestris and a zma stack.

From the research ive done all three of these are apparently not synthetic precursors but aid in the natural production of testosterone. (i didnt just read the info on the instone website and when you cycle off them the natural production of estrogen returns to normal.

Firstly is this the case? Secondly are there any side-effects (ive heard zma can give you acne)

Im not on any prohormones or steriods and never have or will be, just not sure how or if this is different?

Just in case it makes any difference..
im 20yrs old
5' 9"
170 pounds
10-12ish body fat
no known problems or diseases

any response would be appreciated

ZMA is a good supplement, and can be purchased widely for cheap. It raises testosterone naturally with minerals.

Tribulus seems to be more associated with libido than testosterone. The verdict is still out on this one.

I've heard a couple of positive remarks about 6oxo, but honestly I don't know enough about it to give an opinion. I know it's an anti-estrogen. It's advertised as an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase catalyzes the transformation of aromatizable androgens into estrogens, so less aromatase equals less estrogen. Whether or not it does what it claims I don't know.

Here is a purported 'study', but of course you need to take it with a grain of salt:

Other than the 6oxo unknown, the question is whether or not you'd be better off buying some ZMA on your own, since it's cheap. Also, how much ZMA is in this product?

I was just looking, and I saw that Forta-Z only has 190 mg of tribulus. This probably wouldn't do much, if anything, considering that the most popular tribulus supplement (Biotest's Tribex) has 750 mg per serving.

I would skip it. Like Johnka said, ZMA is cheap and can help if you lack minerals needed for test production. Even if not its pretty awesome for sleep and recovery. The trib and 6-OXO won't do much, especially for a young guy. The only people I have heard benifit from Trib are older males with low test production. 6-OXO's main benifit comes in for PCT (post cycle therapy) from pro-hormone cycles. I haven't heard much about people using it to increase T.
