For those in the know...
1. Berardi's meal plans only show workout days as examples. Do I still ingest the calories of the workout drink and PWO (as normal food) on non-workout days.
2. I workout first thing in the a.m. His plan says to eat a P/F meal, then workout. It's okay to have some fat "floating around" during workouts? Doesn't that conflict with the whole carb/protein thing?
Thanks...

Hi Lost Dog,
There's no need to drink a PWO shake without the workout first. Have a 'real' food meal instead.
I've had no problem eating an omelet before my workouts, and in fact, I've come to prefer an omelet over oatmeal before workouts.

Thanks, Johnka. I actually just meant the calories/macros of the shakes on non-workout days, not the actual shakes. I should have been more specific.
Should I stick with the same number P/C meals as on workout days? If yes, I'm assuming the ratios of P/C can be adjusted down from the 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein.
Berardi's article says to eat the same number of cals on lifting and non-lifting days, but the meals themselves are left a mystery.

Check out the Nutrient Timing articles on his site. He's changed on what you should have pre and post workout. Now they should be P+C meals (or shakes) around the workouts with P+F the rest of the day.

I read the Nutrient Timing articles, but they really only cover workout days.
I'm just assuming that I still do the P/C and P/F meals, but I'll eat carbs more in moderation.

Yeah, from my notes from a Berardi seminar, on non workout days just alternate P+C and P+F meals throughout the day.
