Living in the actual middle-of-nowhere supplement-hell, for the first time today I bought flax seeds (couldn't get them before). No flax seed oil here, if you find any it's rancid.
Can I eat the things just like that, without grinding or crushing them? Taste doesn't bother me at all, can't I just eat it? Does it still have the same benefits? There's contradicting info on the net.
thank you in advance for any ideas

You need to grind them. If you don't your body can't digest them.
