Well, im not a big breakfast person. Does anyone have a suggestion on what would be a clean and really quick breakfast. Like I just want something I can grab on the way to school. And be able to be awake, alert and last me till lunch.
Thanks ahead of time.

Sure. That one is easy.
Nothing.
Why is everyone always in such a hurry and trying to skip breakfast? If you don't have time to eat a good breakfast, get up 20 minutes earlier.
I make my breakfast, which includes oatmeal and omlette and turkey bacon in about 10 minutes. I eat it in another 10. Done. It's not hard and it dosen't take a long time.
Can you not eat a meal between breakfast and lunch? I would recommend eating every few hours to keep the metabolism as high as you can.
Og.

I guess your right, I should just get up a little sooner, and break down and make something. Thanks For the advice. I'll give it a shot.
One more thing, What brand of clean yogurt would you recommend? Currently I am having a cup of 99% fat free Yoplait a day. thanks...

Something I do on mornings when I know I have to be out the door early is make a shake the night before and toss it in the fridge. It'll be pretty thick in the morning, just add a little cold water and you're ready to rock. That, and a piece of fruit or hand full of berries will usually get me to my mid-morning meal. That's something, but given the opportunity, I always will make a good breakfast like Og said.

[/quote]Whenever I try and make a shake the night before it always turns out wrong and for some reason it usually has signifigant evaporation. The shake is just water, orange gatorade and ON whey.

If it's just gatorade and protein, it shouldn't be a hard shake to make in the AM. My morning shakes are milk, protein, raspberries, and just a little bit of yogurt. So more like a smoothie, but they are good!

I'm following Adam Campbell's Diet, so my choices may be more restrictive than yours.
I almost always eat last night's leftovers as breakfast. I just make a little more to save.
Absent that, I eat about a cup of cottage cheese or regular cheese, lunch meat, some nuts, hardboiled eggs, etc. I try to keep some cut up vegetables in baggies, ready to grab and go.

As to the shake thing. What I do for my pre and post workout shakes, is to pre-measure the powders (gatoraid, protein, and creatine (if necessary)) into tiny little tupperware containers. Then I just dump it in the shaker and add liquid when I need it.
I always use the same amounts, pre and post, so I just have to know which ones have the creatine and which are just gatoraid and protein (I use different color lids to tell). This way, I can make them all up in advance and just grab them when I need them. Plus, I can keep a few in my gym bag and car, just in case.
