Just a quick message to say hello to everybody,I have as of yet not seen a forum that is so close to everything I practice and preach. I am eager to read the archives and learn more about everybody's experience. I will undoubtedly seek some advice for myself today.
wishing you all great results and glad to be reading your forum

Thanks for joining us Galya. I went to your site. Looks like you have a pretty impressive background in athletics. I really look forward to your participation in this forum. I presume since you posted in the diet and nutrition forum that this is an area you are examining. There are some really exciting threads in here right now!

Don't forget to check out our training forum too. We have a pretty impressive stable of knowledgeable forumites. It has raised the level of both my personal fitness goals as well as the training level of my clients. I've learned more off our members than I ever did in school!

Thanks for welcoming me, Jean Paul.
Site still heavily under construction, both me and my training partner have been busy doinge verything else, but the site. I will spend considerable time around this forum and I believe we will be discussing a lot of issues together. I am trying to get better, you know Socrate's circle, the more the circle of your knowledge grows, the more unknown there is around it.
Hope no language barrier comes between us (english being not my native language) and if so, feel free to correct me

Eastern European influences are ALWAYS welcome here!

Your partner has something in common with one the posters here named Alwyn Cosgrove. Alwyn was 7-time British champion in Taekwondo (and a medalist at the world championship, I think). Of course, he's now just a lowly strength coach

Hey Alwyn, how's the diet/training going?

I will give you any knowledge I can that's Eastern European. My partner's role model for years has been Pavel Tsatsouline, and he follows his methods religiously. We are now making our own kettlebells (you can't buy them here, go figure) and a bunch of other cool things to popularize old school russian strength training.
Sometime soon, I'll tell you about my partner, he is close to an alien both in training spirit and nutrition (my husband calls him alien boy).
