I run my diet kinda strict like, so i allow for a cheat meal on saturdays, so anyways today i went over to Carl's Junior and had a Six dollar burger combo with a coke, then i had a couple of hostess cup cakes with a glass of milk. Point of the story is, the whole week i tend to get cravings, but ofcourse i dont give in to them, i mean the cravings arent really that intense as some ppl make them out to be. But it seems that after i have my cheat meal, i think y i was even craving that junk in the first place, then i swear off junk food forever...until its time for my cheat meal the next week lol. I dunno, im just rambling.

Haha, i am the same way. Tonight i went out with the family and freinds and had my cheat meal for the week. I ate clean for about 60% of the meal. Heres how it went down:

Appetizer at my aunts before leaving for the restaraunt:
almonds and cashews

At the restaraunt:
-Cup of chicken and veggie soup. Very clean, just veggies, broth and chicken

-Chicken and avacodo salad with nonfat italian on the side (entree)

-2 bites of shrimp quesadilla

-Brownie sundae that 3 of us shared.

Probably ate too many nuts and the sundae was awesomely brutal, but it was worth it.

None of this cheat meal, I have a cheat day!!!!! Anything and everything I want to eat. Then I too swear off junk food...till the next cheat day (usually Sat) but it is the only thing that has kept me sane, and kept me on a continual downslide with the weight. So if it works, it can't be all that bad.

This all sounds like how I eat every day. If it wasn't for the dollar menu at Mcdonalds I would be about 100 lbs.
