My parents are getting reaaal pissed off. Recently ive replaced my white rice with beans for dinner but my parents are getting mad and want me to eat rice.... what should i do? is white rice realy that bad for me?

How old are you? If you're in your teens, eat the rice. You can add beans if you're really obsessive about it. But just eat the rice.

As in the other thread: Dude. You're 14. You're active. You're growing lots. Eat the rice. Most physically active 14 year olds don't have issues with "cutting".

Whatever happened to going outside to play with your friends? Frankly, I'm a bit disturbed that "cutting" is a word in a 14 year old's vocabulary that doesn't implicate scissors or sharp objects.

you could always ask your parents to compramise and allow you to eat brown rice or wild rice instead which is much healthier.
