Question

Hey guys, I tried to do a search for it, but I can't find it. I read yesterday that if you're drinking hard liquor, to stick to vodka. Why is this?

Here's another question about liquor and health that goes along with this one: Would it be more beneficial to your health if you are going to drink to take a fiber pill or two before you start drinking or would it make no difference?

I would actually like to know that answer to this. Lucky for me, I happen to love Vodka in just about everything! I have a drink about two or three times per week. Usually a shot of vodka (kept in freezer) poured into a frozen mug with a full can of ice-cold Fresca! Yum! Pretty low-carb too. Maybe that is the reason?

Whey protein with vodka is also a nice mix. Goes over well at parties

I've heard a rumour that there's a 'special' water fountain at your gym where trainers can take a brake from the more demanding clients
