All, I have partially converted from MH forums and have been reading for a bit. I was hoping to get an opinion on PWO shake recipes. I use whey protien, creatine, orange juice, and fat free yogurt (in apporpriate quantities. My question is two fold, is this formula okay, and is adding jelly to the shake okay to bring the carb count up to where it should be? I tried jelly since it was cheap. I would love opinions and other suggestions! The goal is a cheap and some what tasty treat, Thanks!
