(you gotta do some digging to find out the ingredients and stuff. go to Where to Buy and go to the store and then you'll find your way to the ingredients).

Hi Wingsfan,
This is the stuff that Berardi gave the thumbs-up, or at least the 'nutrient timing' book. Someone here is using it right now, maybe Quercus? They said it tastes good, and the quality looks good.

Nope, not me! I read the book but the only thing I've been doing differently is extending my PWO shake several hours after working out.

ya, i figured it was behind the nutrient timing thing. i was just a little suprised to see strong research selling it. that site usually has some pretty good research studies that they post without really advocating a product so i wasn't sure if they were doing this just to make a buck or if they actually thought highly of it. thanks for the info though and i'll keep my eye out for the person's posts (whoever you are [img]smile.gif[/img] ) to see what they think.
