Ok here's the catch i weight 130-140 LBS, I'm 5'7-'8. Im 15, i have been working out for a very long time, seeing some great results in strength NOT in muscle mass. Now here is the thing, i want Muscle Mass, but i seem to not be getting any, is it because i only weight 130 ? Maybe i need to gain weight to about 150 or 160. I know this might sound funny but is there a Healthy Way (Plan) to gain weight (without fat ... duhh).
