I am taking Super Multi Vitamins which has a large amount of Vitamin B12, around 5000% Recommended Daily Allowance....
I am also taking Xenadrine 8hour NRG tablets, around 3 a day as I am in my cutting stage of training, there is approx 5000% Recommended Daily Allowance in this.
In total, that's 10,000% of Recommended Daily Allowance of Vit B12.
Now I have heard that Vitamin B12 is good for the muscles etc..
Does anyone know of any negative effects that too much Vitamin B12 can have on your body???
