Question

I am taking Super Multi Vitamins which has a large amount of Vitamin B12, around 5000% Recommended Daily Allowance....

I am also taking Xenadrine 8hour NRG tablets, around 3 a day as I am in my cutting stage of training, there is approx 5000% Recommended Daily Allowance in this.

In total, that's 10,000% of Recommended Daily Allowance of Vit B12.

Now I have heard that Vitamin B12 is good for the muscles etc..

Does anyone know of any negative effects that too much Vitamin B12 can have on your body???

You should be fine. The 'upper limit' of B12 is often cited as being 500 mcg, like at this site, but I wasn't able to find any adverse effects or a toxicity threshold anywhere.

Here's a quote from an article on the health effects of nutritional supplements:

Haha never heard of B12 shots? Apparently it can be used as a psychedelic in large quantities.

Not widely popular I don't think, I know a couple people that have tried it, if you mix it with something called ketamine (sp?) then that makes you trip....no empirical evidence so please don't quote me on all this.
