I love water, water is all i drink, im drinking water now, i drink more than a gallon a day (too much water can be bad, i know.. bout 2 gallons). But what impact can drinking more than or 1 gallon of water to weight trainers or those looking for great Ab's etc. Im thinking i drink ONLY water, do you think that i should drink something like orang jiuce or something ?

(No protein shakes, i get enough proteins eating, i track it down and i get more than 1 G for each pound, which is alegedly is more than enough).

Unless you're extremely active, like a school/pro athlete, or have a physically demanding job, or your job takes you outside in the heat a lot, 1 gallon of water is plenty. As long as your urine is light yellow or clear, you're good.

The only other thing you may want to drink, that will have a decent benefit, is green tea (not the arizona stuff that's super sweetened). It has lots of vitamins and antioxidants, so it's kinda like drinking a vitamin supplement. 1 or 2% milk won't hurt you, either. It's an easy way to get more protein and calcium.

Water is definitely the best thing for you, though, and should make up a majority of the fluid you drink throughout the day, which it looks like it is.
