if you're not getting results with diet and exercise, theres a problem somewhere that supps wont fix.

what does your diet and routine look like?

Supplements shouldn't be looked at as a quick fix. As Massive said, if you aren't seeing changes in your body composition, and have been at it for a few months (AT LEAST) then something isn't right with your diet or routine. As for gaining weight, one I used occasionally was basically a homemade weight gainer.

1 cup of oats
2 scoops protein powder (chocolate tastes best I think)
2 tablespoons of natty pb
8-16 oz water, depending on desired consistency

Throw it all in a blender and you have about 700 calories.

We have many athletes who basically don't / can't eat enough calories to get to the weight that we would like them to be (ex. the 6'6 170 lb. basketball player). In these cases, we have them supplement with a weight gainer drink that I get from universal Nutrition called "Great Gains". It is quite affordable as I usually buy in bulk and make it available to the athletes at cost. Give them a call as their prices are always lower than the posted prices on their catalogs and website. They list the product @ $68 for the 11 lb. tub. When I buy it, they usually come out to around $35 per tub! (I usually buy at least 10 though....)

Great Gains Weight Gainer

Ingredients.....

I don't have the athletes use this size of servings.....usually 3 scoops twice per day....
