Hi Laxcdn,
You diet looks pretty well-balanced to me. I like the veggies, fruit, and salmon. How are your results so far? Are you coming off a cutting phase?

Hi, Ya I have been cutting for the last 14 months, ~55lbs. Craig B was saying in a post from MH, that not to be a skinny guy with a roll to get some more muscle. So that is what I am going to do. I actually have added 3lbs since the end of June and 1" on my chest and shoulders and .5" on my legs. I usually have a piece or 2 of salmon every week. My weakness though is sushi. I usually have it every week. I am going to try and start bringing some cooked brocolli more carrots and cucumber to work too. Thanks for the help

LAX, diet looks pretty good. Just curious, are you maintaining or bulking?

Right now, July, I am maintaining. Aug is Phase II of HGM and I am going to bulk for that one.

Here is another question. Almost everything I read says 40/30/30 whether it is 40 c or 40 p, and you are suppose to get 1g p for 1lb of body wieght. So if I bulk and follow the 40/30/30 then I go about 20-40g over. If I follow JB massive eating of 50/25/25 then I hit it pretty good. So do I go for more carbs or take the extra protien?

I was at a seminar where JB said he gets between 350-400 g of protein per day. He didn't look like he weighed that much.
