I picked up the new Men's Fitness last night, and noticed that it contained an article outlining the best alternatives to ephedra.

The top 2 were Green Tea Extract (which I agree with) and Bitter Orange Extract (which I question).

Any thoughts? I've never had the opportunity to take ephedra, therefore am interested in what others think about the comparison.

Yeah, I started this week.

I haven't felt any kind of "buzz" from it. It was really surprising. Any other I've tried has given me a serious boost, even from the typical caffeine additive, if nothing else.

After searching a bit, I found the review of it that you'd mentioned a few weeks ago, and discovered that they've modified the original formula. So, although it got decent fat burning reviews, it provides no energy boost whatsoever. We'll see how it goes.

I read about a comparable product called "Redzone" from LMR. Supposedly that provides the boost that's absent in Redline. Maybe I'll try that.

Jamie,

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/lmr/red.html

I initially searched in Google to find it. Haven't bought any, just because my typical online supplier (dps nutrition) doesn't carry LMR products.
