This study shows that eating high-fiber foods reduced the risk for prostate cancer. More specifically, soluble fiber is the type that seems to have the most benefits. Soluble fiber is the one that dissolves and turns into a gooey substance in your digestive tract, and is found in oats, and particularly in vegetables like broccoli, spinach, asparagus, artichoke hearts, etc, etc.
