question about sanns v12 turbo

I've been hearing alot about v12 turbo and was consider getting it to give it a try. One problem I have is that I have a minor heart condition which means I have to becarefull what I buy, especially for that price. I dont see any warning labels on the nutrition info but did read of one person stating they would get heart pulpitations.

Wanted to see if anyone knew about any side effects and if it would be safe to take?

Right now Im using Cell-Tech an Nitro-Tech but want to try something better.
