Ok, guys (Chris C, Johnka esp.) I ordered some Power Butter and Root Beer Muscle Milk.

I hate giving up on anything, weight-gain lncluded. If I have just one serving of each per day, that will increase my cals by over 700.

Seeing as how the rest of my cals come from 'real' food, I think this will be ok. In fact, Power Butter seems to be in the 'real' category as well.

4000 cals, here I come!

You guys think this is a good plan? Or is the fat intake going to be too high now?

Thanks-

Sounds good to me, particularly if the rest of your calories are from whole foods, with plenty of lean meat, fresh veggies and fruit, and EFA's.

Were you thinking of using the Muscle Milk as a pre-workout meal?

I was thinking of making it my drive-home after work meal. It's usually about an hour and a half from door-to-door, and I'm really hungry by the time I get back, even with my trusty sunflower seeds.

Would you highly recommend pre-workout? I tried it before, didn't seem to help me... but I muset admit it was about 20 minutes before the workout, so maybe I didn't time it correctly.
