i tried it years ago. went straight thru me. paid 30 bucks then watched it go down the drain. LITERALLY!

what are you using it for? to boost calories or as a meal replacement? or kinda sorta both?

IMO, save it for a last resort. simplest way to increase calories is to increase serving sizes. extra chicken breast here, extra peanut butter there, etc

if thats not possible, you can buy a big container of oats and some protein powder and make your own. many grind up the oats and put them in a shaker cup, then add either bananas and vanilla protein powder. or cappucino and chocolate protein powder. or even strawberries and strawberry protein powder.

then as a source of fat, you could do olive oil or flax oil or peanut or almond butter.

shoot, some just take a glass of milk and add milk powder and peanut butter and ice cream.

if none of that is possible, HWG 900 is fine.

I tried it years ago as well when I was going into my junior year in high school. I weighed 164 pounds. During the entir summer all I did was lift 2 hours a day and eat, eat, eat. I used to put vanilla ice cream in mine with a raw egg.

Two months later, I weighed 182! Muscle and fat. I then started football season and got down to 177. I was pretty lean at that point.

Man, those were the days!!!

I probably gained so much because that is when I really hit the weights, as well as my age i'm sure.
