Nutritional Goals: 2700 cals daily via 6 meals
- 300g Protien
- 105g Carbs
- 120g Fat
- Meal Break Down:
M1 P 50 C 25 F 20 - Carbs from Oats
M2 P 50 C 15 F 20 - Carbs from Greens, and berries or apple or GF
M3 P 50 C 25 F 20 - Carbs from sweet potato or Brown rice and veggies
M4 P 50 C 15 F 20 - Carbs from veggies, and berries or gf or apple or gf
M5 P 50 C 20 F 20 - Whatever the wife makes for dinner, usually meat and salad with a veggie
M6 P 50 C 05 F 20 - for P , prefer caisen

- Dumbell incline bench press

- Barbell rows
- Barbell curls
- Preacher curls
Friday Shoulders/calves
- Standing shoulder press
- Shrugs
- Side Laterals
- Standing calf raises
