Hey everyone, I know I'm going to hear "DUHH!" after this post, but I'm ready!

I've been working out now for about 4 months and using creatine for about 3 weeks. I like what I see, but I want more MASS! I think my problem is, I'm not taking in nearly enough calories per day (there's the DUH part). According to something I read, I should be at about 4000 a day! DAMN!

My question is, what are some good foods I can have throughout the day, in order to up my calorie intake? Keeping in mind, I'm married with 2 kids, so there's not alot of $$ to spare!

Thanks for the feedback!

dont pay much attention to those who say you have to eat a certain amount of calories each day. everyone is different. what that leads to is someone who is currently taking in something like 2500 calories a day and upping them to 4000 in one shot. they're gonna have many digestive issues.

if you need more calories, slowly add to what you're eating now. you may find that you do well with 3300 a day for example.
