What do you use to calculate your kcal requirements for daily intake? I wanted to recalc to see where I'm at.

When I'm maintaining or bulking, I don't use a specific formula - I just let the scale and bodyfat % tell me if I need to increase or decrease calories.

I do have a calorie calculator for cutting though. If you're interested, I'll send it along.
