Class action against an entire ingredient. Can that even be done? Or is this another wasteful suit that will cost us as consumers?

I was thinking about the entire Asian continent suing companies that sell soy for their dangerous products. That'll Westernize them!

Quackwatch is one of my preferred sites. I don't always agree with Dr Barrett's opinions (he's the site owner), but I think that the site contains a lot of great info.
