Ive heard many different things about creatine. all i need to now is what is the best and most effective brand of creatine?

creapure creatine from germany is so said the most effective. look for the creapure label on the container.

as for brands, each adds its own bells and whistles and says they're the best.

If you are in the US, Walmart sells EAS branded creatine monohydrate for cheap. Make sure to just get plain creatine monohyrate with nothing added. It's cheaper and you can mix it with sugar yourself if you want easy enough. Personally I just take it plain in hot tap water(so it will mix some) in the mornings after breakfest. Works for me.
