I'm trying to loss some weight at school. I try to get to the gym regularly and my meals are some what sparactic. Is there anything else I an do? Also I'm trying to eat right.

Perhaps if you outline what you're doing at the gym and what you're eating we can help. Saying that you're going to the gym and eating right (however you're defining it) gives us little to go on.

Happy to help...we just need details.

My problem at college is that they serve very few healthy items. It is mostly fatty meats. Best thing health wise they have served is baked chicken twice. Wait they served turkey once too. They also have salad with regular dressing. Sometimes they have veges and fruit but not always.
