Ok heres the deal I am out of football for two weeks do you think it would be ok for me to go on a high protein diet for like a week and a half and then switch back to my normal diet, don't really have one right now college food and I am broke. Last time I went or tried a diet like Atkins I became sluggish. So that's why I am thinking of trying it now since football won't be draining me of energy.

Why do you want to go on a high protein diet? Not that I'm saying you should or shouldn't, but to a large extent, the responses you get will be more useful to you if they're geared towards your specific situation.
