Question

I am a recent beginner in lifting. Mainly to lose weight since I have been heavy my whole life. I have gone from 272 down to 210-220 depending on the day. My goal is to have defintion and tone. Which supplements should I take to help me with this? Would creatine help or does that add bulk... I am currently only using ripped fuel. And doing a five day workout routine. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thankx,
Chad

Your goal of dropping bodyfat won't be hindered by increasing lean body mass, which is what Creatine does. The more muscle, that bigger then engine that burns the fat. I like EAS's Phosphagen HP or just get some straight creatine powder and mix it with grape juice. There is a good thread in this category (diet, nut. and supps) on creatine... Check it out!
